Tomahawk Main Street, Inc. is having a reception at the Pine Tree on July 30th at 5 pm.  Anyone is welcome to attend to get your questions answered by the State Dept of Commerce representatives to the program.  We are in need of expertise from a cross-section of civic groups, merchants, bankers, public officials, citizens, and chamber members to make us strong and stable in building our long-term plan for Tomahawk.

Committees consist of Organization—currently being worked on; Promotion—to create excitement with parades, street festivals, retail events, image-development campaigns to bring in consumer traffic; Design—to enhance physical vitality of the downtown business district and attract potential customers, tenants and investors; and Economic Restructuring—analyzing market forces to develop long-term solutions to improve competitiveness, converting vacant space to new uses, and recruiting businesses.

We welcome any assistance you feel you can provide to make us a viable entity putting Tomahawk’s best foot forward!   Call Mary Czaja at  CIS--453-3366.
